To create an atmosphere of love, respect and acceptance that will encourage visitors to return and become a part of Crossroads.
• Attend at least one training session prior to serving on Welcome Team.
• Be at church and in place for a minimum of 15 minutes before and after
each service.
• Provide guidance when needed. Team members will be strategically placed
to help people feel welcome and find their way around. Friendliness, smiles,
and warm handshakes or hugs are a plus.
• Perform a similar role at our monthly Prime Time gatherings. · Responsible for
setting up and maintaining informational tables and displays and
placement of directional signs as needed.
• Stay informed of upcoming events, activities and ministries to recommend
or inform visitors (or regular attendees) of appropriate resources.
• Learn the names of visitors.
• Contact with the church office on a regular basis to determine whether visitors
needs are being met.
