To maintain and enhance the natural beauty and function of any exterior areas on the property of Crossroads Christian Church.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing outdoor area on the church
property.
• Keep snow and ice removed or to a minimum when the church is expecting
sizeable crowds.
• Keep sidewalks swept clean and trash or debris removed from parking areas.
• Design appropriate beds and plant trees, shrubs, flowers as needed.
• Maintain planted areas by watering, weeding, fertilizing, and trimming/pruning.
• Maintain sprinkler system and mechanical equipment.
• Perform necessary chores such as painting, caulking, or repair work on
outdoor structures.
• Take part in occasional construction of outdoor items when required by church
body (i.e. playground equipment, benches, walkways, outbuildings, etc.).
