To maintain and enhance the appearance and function of the church building in a way that promotes effective ministry.
• Oversee company that provides cleaning and janitorial services. • Maintain and/or repair walls, flooring, cabinets, fixtures, etc. • Maintain various systems in the building (fire sprinkler system, furnaces, AC, etc.). • General trouble-shooting as it pertains to the building. • Oversee improvements to the facility.
